New EP and 68th host/producer Tha God Fahim from Atlanta, Georgia. Starting out as an affiliate of Griselda Records and becoming 1/3 of the Dump Gawds alongside Mach-Hommy and Your Old Droog, we also can’t overlook the vast number of records he has made for himself, some of which stand out include Breaking Through tha Van Allen Belts and Dump Assassins. Over the past few years, he has been putting out some of his best work, such as Dark Shogunn Assassin by Camoflauge Monk, Iron Bull by Nature Sounds and Nicholas Craven’s Dump Gawd: Shot Clock King series, Berserko by Oh No, Dump Gawd: Rhyme Pays by Mike Shabb, Tha Supreme Hoarder of All Pristine Wealth, Supreme Dump Legend: Soul Cook Saga is produced by Cookin’ Soul and Machine Gun Vocabulary is produced by Cartune Beatz. Earlier this week, Ultimate Rapper 5000 Guillotine was featured in a Slam Dump with Drega33.
“50 Lunch Numbers” proves to be a great taste, both with its homemade boom beats and its pointed lyricism, talking about how no one can take away his musical achievements, while “My Off Day” creates a jazzier vibe without his arrangements. Some dusty vibraphone on “Miseducation” recalls the many people he knew who owned guns before high school, while “Mic Clutchin'” brings back jazz, showing that separation is sometimes the best option.
Meanwhile, in “Modern Marvel,” we have Fahim breaking and building empires in a lo-fi flourish that leads to “Reign the Victorious” talking about his terrifying off-planet mental state. “Tha Coming of Shogunn” puts some stuff in the basement, before “Tha Dump” talks about his imperviousness, comparing his discography to the knowledge base. “Illusions of tha Mind” is terrible for those who still hate guitars, while “Mortal Wounds” featuring Jay NiCE ends up thanking God they are real Gs.
The only time we actually heard Tha God Fahim produce himself in 2025 was 42% of Dump Gawd: Hyperbolic Time Chamber Rap 15 (Final Explosion), which he completed himself, Ultimate Rapper Guillotine 5000 makes up for the final installments of the Hyperbolic Time Chamber Rap saga and is one of my favorite projects since Lethal Weapon 4. After spending the past 13 months sharpening his sword, he jumped back behind the chessboard to prove he hasn’t lost a step in that regard.
