Tom Holland and Spider-Man collided with real life in Glasgow, when they suddenly stopped after being hospitalized after a concussion in Spider-Man: A brand new day.
Production was suspended on Friday, while the Netherlands was treated by insiders calling it a “mild concussion.” Sources close to the kit told the deadline that the actor will take a break “out of precautions” but are expected to return to the camera within a few days. No one else was hurt during the incident, although meetings were planned to be adjusted for the shooting.
According to the Suns, the Netherlands’ injuries were performed in a stunt that was not planned. Despite being frightened, he still showed up with his fiancé Zendaya at a charity event on the weekend, showing that he was good enough.
The film’s staff only stayed in Scotland for a few weeks. Before the camera rolled, Holland said he was “over the moon, so excited” and finally shot on the spot after Spider-Man: He was not filming indoors at all due to the 19th pandemic.
“Now, we’re really going to be inclined to that old-fashioned filmmaking and shooting in real places, which is why we started in Glasgow and we’re going to use the streets of Glasgow to build this huge kit,” shared the Netherlands. ” “So it will want to do it [2017’s] Spider-Man 1 again. It’s been a long time since I’ve finished it and it feels like a breath of fresh air and I think fans will be put together with us. ”
Sony inserts Spider-Man: a brand new day for release on July 24, 2026, officially revealing the title at Cinemacon this spring. The blockbuster is directed by Shang-Chi and Ten Ring Filmmaker Destin Daniel Cretton, and produced by Amy Pascal and Marvel Studios owner Kevin Feige. Zendaya returns as MJ, while Sadie Sink and Liza Colón-Zayas join the roster in undisclosed roles.
The Dutch stunt Spider-Man outing made him the biggest lead for Marvel, who had been injured before, but his quick rebound this weekend showed that the shooting wouldn’t cheat for a long time. For now, everyone’s eyes are on Glasgow, where the streets become New York in one of the most ambitious scenes in the series.
The incident may have paused the action, but expectations for Spidey’s next swing theater still steadily launched the action.
