Glastonbury, the granddaddy of British music festivals, held on Michael Eavis’ dairy farm, will welcome more than 210,000 party-goers this summer – more people than Norwich or Oxford The population is even larger. Tickets were sold out before the lineup was announced on Thursday.

In 2023, girl group Blackpink broke barriers and became the first K-pop band to headline a UK festival, performing in front of 65,000 people at London’s BST Hyde Park.
