After a day of deliberation, the jury ruled several charges in his sexual trafficking Rico case.
Ca$h’s judgment Rico case
Atlanta News reported that a jury found Atlanta rapper on Friday (July 18) charged with aggravated sodomy and two counts of sexual trafficking. He is considered innocent of the third charge of sexual trafficking and sexual slavery, aggravated assault and prostitution.
Ca $h Out’s mom Linda Smith, also the coder in the case, was convicted of trafficking, while no offenders had another crime of trafficking and prostitution.
The third code fent agent Tyrone Taylor was found guilty in all counts, including aggravated sodomy and rape. He was acquitted for being picky. The three were also convicted on RICO charges.

Why is ca$h being tried in trial?
Ca$h Elimination was indicted in 2022 and accused of using his identity as a rapper to attract women to do sexual work and using its tag Pyrex Music Group. The rapper’s mother, also “Mom Ca $h,” is a co-defendant in the case, along with another man, Tyrone Taylor, who was also charged for alleged roles in the prostitution ring.
The rapper’s trial began on June 2. Several women testified that the trial of Ca$h had caused them to have sex for money and they were allegedly going to have to hand over to rappers who gave them promises of money and career development. The jury also showed bank records, allegedly showing payments related to sex trafficking.
Ca$h’s defense argued that he was innocent and overpaid.
“There is no conspiracy to do RICO. There is no clear criminal enterprise,” said attorney Caritan Matthews during the end of the debate on Wednesday (July 16).

The rapper is facing the possibility of a 25-year prison sentence.

The judge will hold a sentencing hearing Monday (July 21) at 10 a.m. ET.
