Mia Jones, a reality star also known as Mulan Hernandez, is firing back at Stefon Diggs after the NFL star filed a lawsuit accusing her of extortion and assault. In a statement to TMZ, Jones alleged that Diggs assaulted her from behind, causing a concussion. She called the situation “traumatic” and stated, “Domestic violence is something I do not wish on anyone,” adding that the truth would soon come to light.
Jones vehemently denied Diggs’ claims of extortion and assault, saying, “I WILL NOT BE INTIMIDATED NOR SILENCED,” and suggested the lawsuit was an attempt to “get ahead of the truth.”
Diggs filed the lawsuit in Harris County, Texas, alleging Jones and her friend Brianna “Brii” Mack extorted him after destroying his property, including a $130,000 watch and a gaming system. He claimed Jones also threatened to ruin his career unless he paid her. Jones was allegedly taken to the hospital twice following the incident, once for “nausea and vomiting” and later for a head injury.
Diggs’ attorney dismissed Jones’ claims of physical violence and stated that the lawsuit was filed to put an end to the threats.
