Three years in prison in 2023 after firing a shot at the Tysons Point Center Mall at Fairfax County during Father’s Day weekend.
After the verbal dispute inside the shopping mall turned into a physical state, the shooting broke out. Police said Settles, who had signed with 300 games, took out his gun and fired several rounds.
The rapper insists that his behavior is self-defense. No one was hit by gunfire, but three were injured during the chaotic evacuation of the mall.
He pleaded guilty to three counts of malicious release of firearms in an occupied building, one of which was used by the felony committee.
The prosecutor sentenced him to 15 years in prison, but the judge stepped down to a mandatory minimum. The property also did not prohibit the barbarians and was subjected to a 10-year probation after his release.
Instead of allowing him to send him back to prison, the judge did not have savage freedom when probation officials and lawyers formulated the revision plan.
