The first seven months of the year have already entered the pre-order phase, including album releases from Ye, Eminem, Future and more, and things continue to heat up with more big names releasing albums in August.
Big Sean returns with “I’m Better Than You” album
It’s been four years since we received an album from Big Sean. Now, he’s back with his first project since parting ways with GOOD Music, Better Me Than You. Sean Don released the album’s lead single “Precision” in March. He’s clearly been in album mode in recent weeks. In July, he released the On the Radar freestyle, and a few days later released the album’s second single “Yes.” “Better Me Than You” will be released on August 9th.

A$AP Rocky returns with Don’t Be Dumb LP
It’s been a long time since A$AP Rocky released a full-length album, six years after the release of his Testing LP. Since then, he has been enjoying life and having children with his girlfriend, pop star Rihanna. That doesn’t mean he’s completely dormant. Most recently, he appeared on the song “Gangsta” with Anderson .Paak and the Free Nationals. Not much is known about the new album, which is set to be released on August 30.
Latto quenches thirst with molasses iced tea fan album
Lato also plans to warm up the summer with her new album, Molasses Iced Tea, which is expected to be released sometime in August. The album will feature the hit single “Put It on Da Floor” and her latest hit “Big Mama.” “I love the music I’m making right now,” Lato recently told Billboard . “I don’t pursue achievement. I just be myself. This is my happiest moment, I even told the label [to] fall back.
