Iconic singer-songwriter D’Angelo has died.
After reports began circulating on social media earlier this morning US time, a number of prominent figures, including DJ Premier, confirmed the news on their social media.

D’Angelo won four Grammy Awards during his career: Best R&B Album for “Voodoo” and “Black Messiah,” Best R&B Vocal Performance for “Untitled (How Should It Feel)” and Best R&B Song for “Really Love.”
