Kevin Gates’s wife Dreka has reportedly filed for divorce from the rapper after nearly 10 years of marriage.
Dreka wants to divorce Kevin Gates
According to TMZ, Dreka formally filed the legal separation on Wednesday (July 30). She listed “irreconcilable differences” as the cause of the split and said they have been separated since July 10. Dreka is seeking shared legal and physical custody for the former couple’s children (Islah, 12, and Khaza, 11,) – she also asks spouse for support.

Kevin Gates and Dreka’s 10-year marriage
Kevin and Dreka got married for nearly 10 years after getting married in October 2015. However, the couple appears to have appeared in part seven years later. Gates seems to confirm the breakup of the 2022 song “Bad For Me”. Since then, they seem to be doing well.
Kevin Gates’ brief marriage to Brittany Renner
Earlier this year, Kevin married Brittany Renner, who became Kevin’s faith. The couple confirmed their marriage’s new basketball wife, Renner Costars, at their premiere in May.
“His name echoes in every room in my heart,” she told Kevin’s reporter. “It’s hard to describe love like this. All I can say is that I’m with someone I’m totally dreaming about.”
Unfortunately, the marriage lasted only 52 days. Despite the short-lived league, Reiner has no regrets either. “I don’t think it’s a bad situation because what you want to be will always be,” Reiner said. “I gave 100% [in the marriage]. Everything is good,” she added.
