Kai Cenat posted on Saturday that he was single and would never fall in love again.
Just a few weeks ago, the Twitch star opened up about his mental health struggles during a hiatus from streaming. The 23-year-old streamer confirmed the end of his relationship with TikTok star Gabrielle Alayah by writing “I’m single and I will never be in love again” on social media.

Fans were quick to flood the comments with cheating rumors, especially those related to NBA Youngboy, but Alayah shot down those rumors on her Instagram Story.
“I never cheated on him and you know that,” Araya wrote. “I’ve never been involved with that person…please play that sympathetic role somewhere else.” She made it clear that she initiated the breakup.
News of the split comes at a difficult time for Senat, who has been dealing with mental health issues since wrapping up his record-breaking Mafia 3 livestream in October.
On December 16, he broke months of silence to speak about his struggles.
“Over the past few months, I have struggled with my mental health due to self-doubt and fear of pursuing what I really wanted to achieve,” Kay Senat said in a touching video.
He talked about how he felt like a fraud when he tried to branch out from streaming.
Kai Cenat has barely appeared on Twitch since his marathon stream ended on October 1. The month-long stream broke his own subscriber record and made him the most-watched streamer in the world. But he said this would be his last marathon as he wanted to focus on bigger projects.
“I began to realize that I was a true creator and that I had a passion for creating,” he explains. “I have other goals and things I want to achieve and do more of.”
The timing of his relationship problems adds another layer to his current challenges. In December 2024, Cenat and Alayah went public with their relationship during his 23rd birthday live broadcast. They had been dating for several months before confirming their relationship to fans.
Alayah, a fashion influencer with a huge following on social media, has remained silent about their breakup other than to defend herself against the cheating accusations.
Senat’s fans have been supportive of his mental health journey, with many praising him for being honest about his struggles. Saturday’s breakup announcement was his first major social media post since making their breakup public.
The streamer recently appeared at the 2025 Streamer Awards, where he won three trophies, including the award for Best Marathon Streamer. But he’s been working on mysterious new projects that are different from his usual stuff.
