Juvenile has finally released the music video for his classic song “400 Degreez” to celebrate the 25th anniversary of his album of the same name.
The video, directed by Diesel Filmz, begins with the message: “On November 3, 1998, Juvenile released his third album, 400 Degreez. The album was subsequently certified 4x platinum, selling over 4 million.
“This groundbreaking album remains the best-selling work of Juvenile’s solo career. This visual celebrates the 25th anniversary of this landmark achievement.”
From there, the New Orleans rap legend is seen linking up with ex-Cash Money bandmate Mannie Fresh (who produced the entire 400 Degreez album), while the two video vixens made birthday cakes for the album.
The entire clip is peppered with throwback footage from the 400 Degreez era, as well as more recent footage of Juvie and Mannie performing on stage.

To celebrate the anniversary, Juvenile will be re-releasing 400 Degreez, with a digital deluxe edition scheduled for release on Friday (March 29) and a two-color LP on colored vinyl on April 26.
The reissued album will feature two new tracks: “Party” and “We Be Blowing Money.”
The late ’90s nostalgia may be here to stay as Juvie recently gave a positive update on a proposed Hot Boys reunion tour, which includes himself, Lil Wayne, Turk and the recently released BG
When asked about the tour in an interview with TMZ, he said, “I don’t have a negative attitude, man. You know, for me, I always think, ‘This is going to happen.’ “It’s going to happen. We’ve got to slow them down a little bit. But trust me, it’s happening.”
Despite Juvenile’s optimism, he and Lil Wayne have been having issues since BG was released from prison late last year.
Shortly after his release from prison, BG mocked his former bandmates in the song “Gangstafied,” rapping: “My n-gga Boosie’s been home, my dawg’s been blowing/My n-gga Weezy’s been on tour , but he’s a bitch and it shows/I’m still a living legend, don’t act like you don’t know.”
BG tried to clarify the remark, later saying: “Y’all don’t understand what’s going on, you know what I’m saying? I told a black man I loved him and called him a bitch in the same sentence. This is Family business, man.
“Shout out to my brother Weezy. My brother and I talked last night. Shout out to Shorty, man. Still my little brother. Love my little brother. This thing is so complicated.”
While Wayne has yet to respond to BG’s dissatisfaction, he has spoken about the Hot Boys reunion tour and revealed that there’s one thing holding it back.
“We’ve talked about it a few times, but, you know, they have situations. Like BG just comes home and he has to figure out: Can he tour? Can he travel? That kind of thing,” he said on YG’s said on the 4HUNNID podcast.
“Juvie’s ready, Turk’s ready, but we’re really going to see if Geezy can move around… Everyone has their own record label, their own situation. No one’s off limits. So when we asked Everyone, their reaction was, “Yeah, we can jump on it anytime. “We have to get Geezy right.”
