Irving Gotti was indicted in a Miami court for alleged sexual assault and abuse that occurred over a two-year period.
According to a complaint seen by HipHopDX, a woman named Jane Doe filed a lawsuit in Miami-Dade County on July 11, accusing Gotti (real name Irving Domingo Lorenzo) of multiple assaults on St. Martin between 2020 and 2022. She sexually assaulted and abused her.
The lawsuit seeks a jury trial.
Among the accusations, Doe claims that Gotti forced her to have sex with him as soon as they arrived in St. Maarten in 2020 – a trip they took shortly after meeting at a poker tournament. He threatened to send her home if she didn’t do so, and “because of his power and influence in the music industry, she agreed,” according to the lawsuit.
They then reportedly began dating for two years, during which time Jane Doe “suffered constant abuse.” During the breakup, the lawsuit claims Gotti defamed her on his “extensive social network in and around Los Angeles,” making her afraid to leave her home.
“As a result of this sexually abusive relationship, Plaintiff suffered severe emotional and psychological harm that required her to be committed to a psychiatric ward,” the lawsuit states. “These harms continue and impact Plaintiff to this day.”
50 Cent was quick to share news about his nemesis on Instagram. Fif summed up the situation in a screenshot of the report on Tuesday (July 16), adding: “Oh no. [eyes wide emoji] The legal fees would break his ass in half and he has no money. Best wishes to all.
50 Cent never seems to miss an opportunity to make fun of Irv Gotti. Back in 2023, the G-Unit mogul joked about Irv amid news that Nelly and Ashanti might be “starting over” after years apart.
50 shared a video of the pair’s steamy moment onstage at Tau Beach in Las Vegas in an Instagram post, alongside a photo of Irv looking a little bit worse for wear — which means the Murder Inc. joint Founder’s romantic reunion.
“Man, someone check out Irv Gotti ASAP!” he wrote alongside the photo. “Knowing that he’s going through this right now.”
“He will [laughing face emojis],” he wrote in the caption. “I fell in love with her and she suddenly showed up with Nelly. Haha.
50 Cent and Irv Gotti have been feuding since 1999, when Irv’s longtime friend and fellow artist Ja Rule was robbed at gunpoint while filming a music video on Southside in Jamaica, Queens, allegedly by one of 50 Cent’s co-workers.
“Jia saw me in a club with the kid who robbed him,” Fife claimed in his 2005 biography “From Pieces to Weight.” “I walked over to Jia and said ‘what’s wrong’ and he acted like he had a problem with me. But I wasn’t the one who robbed him.
Ja Rule has since confirmed that the robbery took place, but he denied ever seeing 50 Cent with the robber.
