Eminem surprised fans today by announcing his new album, The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grace).
The trailer was released shortly after the rap star debuted in the NFL draft, and it’s a lot of fun to watch. “The antihero known as Slim Shady, despite his complex and often criticized tongue-twisting rhymes, had no shortage of enemies,” one journalist said. “Equally crude lyrics and controversial The antics may have ultimately led to his death. Em’s longtime friend and collaborator 50 Cent also appears in the clip. “He’s not a friend, he’s a psychopath,” he said.
The new album will be released this summer and will serve as the follow-up to 2020’s Music to Be Murdered By, which was a commercial success and appreciated by fans around the world.
