Revenge is the best dish after relaxation. After an epic battle with Kendrick Lamar, Drake may be ready to get back all the guys who brought him on his cold shoulders, who has been teasing the Iceman for the past few months.
Drake teases new album
Over the past few months, Aubrey has been making some cold premonitions. Back in February, he teased LP in Australia’s Anita Max Win Tour Stier.
“Ultimately, when the time is right, Drake alone, who drizzles alone will have to have a one-on-one conversation with everyone,” he told the Australian crowd. “When the time is right, I’ll come back to another album, and it’s the one-on-one conversation you need to hear.”
In the second month, he shared an ominous message on Instagram that seemed to quote his reward. It reads: “You know I grew up non-confrontational and always see this game as my pen to win gold, but my podium is hard to ignore these days for all of us.”
Drake added: “I know the next chapter may upset you, but I hope you see my honesty as a clear charity, especially about the unresolved text you’ve been sending,” Drake added.
Why is the album called Iceman?
Apart from making fun of his solo return, six gods seem to have been throwing the crumbs underneath since last summer. When Drake was dumping on his @plotttwisttttttt Finsta account, it included a list of tracks titled 2.0 Iceman.

Since then, Drake has provided more icy meanings. In April, he appeared on the livestream with Adin Ross, where he made fun of the new album. He did this while sewing the hoodie with “Iceman Kimi”, which was the nod of F1 legend Kimi Räikkönen.

The following month, Drake shared an Instagram post about the carousel with the caption “Iceman.” The post contains a signed George Gervin Jersey, a former NBA legend named the Iceman. Other images include iced jewelry and paintings of cold mountain views.
Iceman theories abound. One conclusion is that Drake may also refer to Tom “Iceman” Kazansky, the character in the 1986 movie Top Gun. The role, played by actor Val Kilmer, is known for his grumpy temper and big self, which sounds like the drizzle type now.

One argument says Drake also references the X-Men’s Iceman. The character’s name is Bobby Drake. His superpower is the ability to turn anything into ice. The character may have some similarities to Drake. According to X-Men comic writer Mike Carey, the Iceman is excited.
“[Iceman]”He’s been saying it all the time. And he’s obviously very brave in facing external, physical dangers and facing unpleasant situations and admitting his mistakes,” Carey said of the role.

Drake tells the drama in his new song “What am I missing?”
On July 5, Drake put down the song “What am I missing?” Produced by London Cyr, O Lil Angel, DJ Lewis, Tay Keith, Oz, FNZ, Elyas, Gyz and Patron. The song seems to be the first single on the upcoming album. It’s clear that the sour relationship is still in the mind of the Toronto rapper.
“If you love me, I don’t give me af **k, if you like me/askin’ me, how do I feel? Can’t say it doesn’t surprise me,” he Crones. “Last time I looked at my right, you ni ** like standing next to me / How do some people I like hanging out on pu **ies?”
“When I look at you all and cook with you and write poems and bookings for you guys?” he continued. “Make sure the wires are hit, man, what am I missing? /When you’re all in my crib, wine and h*es/word for word for all the shows /You always feel like that, man, what am I missing?”
Drake also released an accompanying hour-long live broadcast, where he posted the Iceman episode 1 on YouTube. In the quasi-short movie, Drake is the Iceman Warehouse, his actual ice supplier to the city of Toronto. He plays the role of an employee on the Iceman Delivery Truck and even drives on the streets of Toronto.
New Drake album expectations
Following $OME $exy $exy $ongs 4 U, his joint project with PartyNextdoor (coming in February this year) but still seems to be in defensive mode, Drake’s new album could be a bunch of emotions, whether it’s Hot Hot and Cold. Drake seemed ready to prove his haters and former friends were wrong. But he never participated in pop music crowds. He might avoid singing on this project because $$$4U has enough features and the Iceman can provide Drake with more hard hit bars that will satisfy the satisfaction of lyric rap fans.
Drake is officially in album mode and he is preparing for a cold summer. On July 11, he launched $OME $EXY $ONGS 4 EU Tour with PartyNextdoor. The brief harassment will end on July 26. Despite some chats, it would be better for Drake if he had put his career for a while, but there was news on the road that forecasts were cold. The Iceman has no release date yet, but the chill is in the air.
