Another plane crash occurred in North America, one plane was overturned and dozens of passengers were injured.
At least 15 people were injured after the tripod was overturned when landing at Toronto Pearson International Airport. The crash caused the plane to flip upside down on the runway, triggering an emergency evacuation.
The video of the scene captured a surreal moment, with first responders rushing to assist passengers and secure the crash site. A passenger, John Nelson, recorded a video while leaving the plane.
“We just landed,” John Nelson said. “Our plane crashed. It’s upside down.”
He described the chaos around him, assuring the audience that “most people seem OK” and that passengers are evacuating.

According to the airport, all passengers and crew were charged. Peel Regional Care Services confirmed that 12 people suffered minor injuries and were transported on the ground for medical treatment. Two other people, a man in his 60s and a woman in his 40s, were in critical condition and were airlifted to a trauma center in Toronto. A child was also taken to the hospital for evaluation by the sick child.
The Federal Aviation Administration said that flight 4819, operated by Endeavor Air, crashed around 2:45 pm when landing at LCOAL time. The CRJ-900 aircraft has departed from Minneapolis-ST. Paul International Airport has 76 passengers and four crew members.
Bad weather conditions may have played a role in the accident. The wind was between 20 and 30 mph and the gusts reached 40 mph. Although earlier lake-effect snow was reported, it was clear at landing. The temperature is 18 degrees, and as passengers evacuate, the temperature is -2.

The Canadian Transportation Safety Commission has investigated the crash with the assistance of the U.S. Transportation Safety Commission, Sean Duffy confirmed that FAA investigators are on their way to Toronto and coordinate with Canadian officials .
Due to the emergency, Toronto Pearson’s operations were temporarily suspended, resulting in delays and cancellations. Delta said there were no reported deaths and promised that they were working fully with authorities to determine the cause of the crash.
