Zachary Stoddard entered a guilty plea in connection with the 2019 stabbing of Keith Tatton, XXL confirmed to the Broward State Attorney’s Office on Thursday (May 16). , was sentenced to 10 years in prison. Stoddard pleaded no contest to attempted second-degree murder and assault earlier this year. On May 10, Judge John J. Murphy III sentenced him to 10 years in state prison. Upon his release, he will serve two years of house arrest, followed by three years of probation.

Zachary Stoddard runs into legal trouble after brief rise to fame
Zachary Stoddard was just 12 years old when he appeared on the cover of XXXTentacion’s breakthrough single “Look at Me!” December 2015. Stoddard himself was an aspiring rapper named KidPronto, who initially connected with XXX because they were both from the same city. One day in 2014, he sent the now-famous photo to XXX’s group chat, and the rest is history.
“I was smoking and I just put it up my nose, took a picture and sent it to the group chat as a joke,” Studdard told Complex in 2020. “We were just having fun. , and X was like, ‘I’m going to use that as a cover for my next song. He wasn’t that big at the time, so I didn’t really think about it.
After his newfound fame, he got into legal trouble and had to go to jail. XXXTentacion was already in prison when he was killed in the summer of 2018. However, in April 2019, Stoddard was arrested and charged with assault and attempted murder for a stabbing in Pompano Beach, Florida.
According to the police report, the incident occurred on April 27, 2019, when Stoddard became enraged after a group of co-workers tried to throw Stoddard away while they were at a restaurant. De eventually stabbed the victim multiple times. The victim was taken to hospital and placed on life support. Fortunately, he survived. Although Stoddard was 16 when the incident occurred, prosecutors plan to try Stoddard as an adult.
