However, Drake’s involvement was overshadowed by his heated feud with rapper Kendrick Lamar.
The feud has seen the artists lampoon each other through diss songs and make pointed accusations about their personal and professional lives.
Camila Cabello expressed support for Drake and expressed frustration with the negativity surrounding her collaborator in an interview with The Times.

“It’s so frustrating to see people talk in a negative way about people you know. You’re like, ‘Oh my god, if only you could have dinner or something,'” she said.
The Cuban-American pop star revealed how she recruited the Canadian rapper for her album, highlighting the uncertainty she felt when she contacted him.
“I sent a direct message on social media, but I didn’t expect him to reply,” she admitted. “It was like a weird thing about being a teenager, I felt like no one cared about me or liked me. It was fun to be proven wrong.
Drake isn’t the only high-profile artist to lend his talents to C,XOXO, which also includes performances from Playboi Carti, Lil Nas X, JT, Yung Miami and BLP Kosher.
