This is Detroit emcee Bizarre’s seventh full-length solo record. An original member of the now-defunct D12, led by the late Proof, he was also one of the first members of the group to work solo, and his 1998 debut EP Attack of the Weirdos is a hometown classic in my opinion . Fast forward 7 years later, Biz released the commendable full-length debut Hannicap Circus and has continued to make music on his own since, the last we heard from him was during the first or second quarter of his 11th mixtape 18159 Stout. Bad Mouth’s He Got a Gun and its sequel reinvigorated any doubters, so I’m looking forward to the third and final installment as well.

An introduction featuring Max Hilli kicks off the trilogy chapter of the series, the idiot kid finding his passion again over a dirty boom bap instrumental live from Motown, and “aRT pEACE” has no drums and lets His grown man pooped for 4 minutes. “Insane Asylum” hits 3 shots with 3 glocks, all featuring G-Unit Reeboks, while “Run, Duck” features Lokye, whose hardcore lyrics are full of aggression after the “Gas Station” interlude sex.

“Ford Factory” features the Dark Ones, eerily breaking down exactly where the two of them were talking dirty, before “Party in Detroit” energetically talks about the hoes outside, the jocks at play, and the hustlers bustling around the bar. . “Sexyy Red” connects a vocal sample with more kicks and snares before “Who Gotta” angrily asks if anyone has a problem with him, hoping his bitch is as nasty as the titular St. Louis star .

We get some vibes in “Bizarre Buds” that are perfect for this song, as he conceptually gives the listener an anthem to those who enjoy smoking weed, before moving into the incredible “Bizarre Buds” starring Dango Forlaine. Sheefy Mcfly,” brings the two together to talk about doing whatever they want. “Locker Room,” which featured him on “No Jumper,” flexes roughly to penetrate Lena, while “Rainy Dayz,” featuring J-Classic and Keen Streetz, puts the hard times behind him.

“Pack the Roaches” feat. Isaac Castor, Jalen Frazier and Max Hilli find the quartet near the end of ‘He Got a Gun 3: Art Peace’ , discusses what it takes to be a killer, while “Summertime,” starring Kain Cole, closes out the record with some hook-ups. Started earlier.

Peter S. already kicked off the album with the Ratt Poison EP, and the latest entry in the He Got a Gun trilogy intensifies everything, making these two the best material of his career, further proving that Foul Mouth It was a great game for him. The latter’s work blends elements of boom bap, drumless, jazz rap and psychedelic music, allowing Bizarre to passionately destroy his competitors.

Rating: 9/10
