Azealia Banks is calling for restrictions on reports that she was evicted from a Florida home for unpaid rent.

Azealia Banks faces eviction lawsuit
Isis Claro filed a motion for final judgment for possession in a complaint against Azealia Banks on Tuesday (July 2), according to court records obtained by AllHipHop.

The motion continued, “Tenant’s failure to pay rent to the court registry within 5 days of the date of service of process, or to file a motion to determine the amount of rent payable to the registry, constitutes an absolute waiver of tenant’s defenses other than payment. rights, and the landlord is entitled to an immediate default judgment to evict the tenant.
