TDE and artist Ab-Soul have rocked the culture with their surprising moves; just recently, the rapper dropped a verse on J. Cole and Daylyt’s latest collaboration, “Collard Greens.”
The 5+ minute track is an extension of the original track featuring Daylyt and J. Cole. The song was originally released as “A Plate Of Collard Greens” and was first released in September 2024. Now, it’s been given new life with the Ab-Soul verse.
In this book, Ab-Soul pays homage to J. Cole, displaying all the best qualities of a skilled writer while also attacking Kendrick with ease.
Finally, he says, “Dot’s my partner, and he can do this, too, and he’ll probably admit it.” Bar to Bar, this has to be one of the most technically brilliant songs in hip-hop in recent years. check it out!
