Fund Freddy found guilty of federal gun and drug charges
The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas found Bankroll Freddy (real name Freddy Gladney III) guilty of multiple federal crimes earlier this month, according to documents obtained by XXL on Monday (April 29). . The rapper was found guilty of one count of possession and distribution of marijuana, one count of possession and distribution of a controlled substance, one count of possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime and one count of use of a communications facility in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.
XXL has contacted Bankroll Freddie’s team and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas for further comment.

Money Freddy arrested as part of major drug bust
The Quality Control rapper was arrested along with 34 others in April 2022 during a federal drug bust in Crittenden County, Arkansas. Part of the indictment alleges that Bankroll Freddie was a member of the gang.
The Justice Department claimed at the time that EBK and another gang known as the Loady Murder Mobb “voluntarily and knowingly conspired” to distribute cocaine, crack cocaine, methamphetamine and marijuana. Bankroll will be sentenced at a later date.
On the music front, Bancroll has been unable to release anything since his arrest. His last full-length album was 2022’s “From Trap to Rap 2”.
