50 Cent weighs in on shocking claims in Floyd Mayweather and Gervonta Davis’ ongoing feud, saying he believes it — and it’s the belief that allows him Some digging of your own.
On Saturday (April 27), the head of G-Unit posted some tweets from Davis on his Instagram, in which Davis fired several shots at Fif’s friend-turned-enemy Mayweather. Including claiming Floyd needed “a wire” to win. “Home.”
This is a nod to the claim Davis just made: that Mayweather is being held hostage in Dubai.
“[He’s] In Dubai he can’t leave because he took n-ggas money and didn’t do what they paid him to do,” Davis wrote on Instagram.
50 seemed to take Davis at his word, writing: “Oh no, this shit is real. [Davis] If it wasn’t official, they wouldn’t say anything like this.Me and the champion [Mayweather] It’s whiny, but he’s my brother. I have some money if he needs it!
The feud between the boxers comes after “Pretty Boy Floyd” said earlier this week that other boxers were copying his flashes but not putting in the necessary effort.
Davis took this as a direct insult and responded with a hostage claim.
Mayweather’s social media indicates that he was in Dubai earlier this month, but there is no evidence that he is being held there.

Of course, Fif isn’t shy about attacking Floyd Mayweather, as he did in February when he took on the boxer for his stance on Diddy’s recent sexual assault accusations ridicule.
The retired boxer appeared on The Pivot Podcast and refused to condemn the Bad Boy boss over allegations he allegedly assaulted four women, including his ex-girlfriend Cassie.
“I’m not going to say anything bad about Diddy,” Mayweather said. “Because he’s still black. Mistakes happen. I can’t say if it was a mistake or not, but things happen in life. Diddy things are Diddy things. When a guy is down, in It’s not my job, or anyone else’s job, to step on him and kick him online.
“My take on it is: This is none of my business. I don’t think it’s right and I won’t tolerate this behavior. Even if it happened to my daughter, I would be hurt, but this is what my daughter did. choose.
In a Feb. 21 Instagram post, 50 people shared a video of Mayweather’s comments and pointed the finger at his longtime rival.
He wrote: “[palm on face emoji] They didn’t even ask him the question, Champ, are you a fool or a fool? Get your head out of here, you sound like a hater. Did Didi do it? coming soon.
The boxer’s reading ability has been teased for more than 50 years, including in 2014 when he challenged the undefeated champion to read a page from the Harry Potter book.
“Freud would, except for my ALS/ESL challenge,” he wrote at the time. “If you can read a full page of the Harry Potter book out loud without starting, stopping, or messing up, I will donate $750,000 to the charity of your choice. Ouch.
The pair previously split in 2022, but their relationship appears to have soured since then.
