In an interview with AllHipHop, Lil Mosey said he has given up alcohol, nicotine and marijuana. He shares his journey to health and sobriety.
“I do play a lot of video games [laughs]. But I was in the gym all the time. Around the same time last year, right after I was found not guilty: OK, now there’s a little pressure off my shoulders that I need to lock in and stay healthy. Because I feel very unhealthy. I was smoking nicotine every day,” he said of his new lifestyle.
When he realized that smoking was adversely affecting his health, his motivation to maintain a healthier lifestyle became a priority.
“my lungs [were] It started to feel different… so I stopped typing that s###. I started getting on the treadmill. I started running. From me not being able to even run a mile, I couldn’t at all, to now I’m running three miles almost every day,” Lil Mosey added.
Today, Lil Mosey’s career continues to progress. His latest single, “Thug Popstar,” embodies his signature style and reflects his newfound focus and discipline.
