One of the men convicted of murdering XXXTentacion is now making fun of X’s son’s video, mocking the late rapper’s family.
XXX killer posts rapper’s son on Instagram
On Tuesday (April 9), the Instagram page of Michael Boatwright, one of three men convicted and serving prison time for the 2018 murder of XXX, shared a post from the late rapper’s son on his Instagram Story . The heartwarming clip, which can be seen below, shows Gekyume walking around the house showing photos of X to photographers. Boatwright added multiple crying and laughing emojis.
In another post, he shared a screenshot of his IG Story view showing that Gekyume’s mother, Jenesis Sanchez, witnessed the previous post.
“She’s watching,” Boatright wrote on the photo, along with crying and laughing emojis.
In a follow-up post, he expressed his desire to contact either Jenesis or XXXTentacion’s mother, Cleopatra Bernard, via text message.

XXXTentacion’s killer spends life in prison
In April 2023, Michael Boatwright, Trayvon Newsome and Dedrick Williams were sentenced to life in prison for their roles in the June 2018 robbery and murder of XXXTentacion outside RIVA Motorsports in Deerfield Beach, Florida. A fourth man, Robert Allen, reached a plea deal and testified against others. He was sentenced to two years in prison. Footage of Boatwright purportedly blowing kisses and smiling to XXXTentacion’s family after the guilty verdict went viral.
