Cardi B and Rihanna have been dating for less than two weeks, and the New York rapper expressed her desire to make a “perfect” record with the superstar songstress.
The two mingled with other celebrities at a Hollywood bash hosted by Hollywood Unlocked’s Jason Lee on Tuesday night (March 26). Footage from the night shows Rhianna enthusiastically singing along to Cardi’s breakout hit “Bodak Yellow” as she performed to the audience.

The surprising collaboration has fans clamoring for a Rihanna and Cardi B collaboration. With fans eagerly awaiting new albums from both artists, a joint single would be a dream come true for their fans, and Cardi B.
Earlier this month, the “Enough” hitmaker revealed that a collaboration with the Barbados-born singer was on her wish list. However,
“I love Rihanna’s music, but I don’t make that kind of music,” Cardi B admitted on the Million Dollar Game podcast.I sound a little stupid trying to sing like that, try [to] It sounds like that. So if I get that perfect record, I can’t wait to be like, “This song… I know she’s going to love it.”
She continued, “Because I don’t want to give her a message like, ‘Whoa, what the hell? Get this out of my face.'”
Cardi concluded by saying that working with Rihanna on a potential song “would be awesome.”
