Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones has filed charges against Diddy, accusing him of harassing behavior toward his 8-year-old daughter, the mother of his child, and his ex-spouse, according to court documents obtained by XXL. In documents filed on Saturday (March 23), Jones claimed through his attorney that the Bad Boy Records founder has allegedly been sending agents to harass his daughter and loved ones. Additionally, Jones claims Diddy also made up stories about him on TMZ.
Diddy’s harassing behavior created an environment of fear and potential harm for Jones’ family and loved ones, leading them to take action to report the incident to the police.
Additionally, Jones accuses Diddy of allegedly contacting the producer’s friends to convince him to fire his attorney and hire one with ties to the hip-hop mogul.
XXL has reached out to Diddy’s team for comment.

Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones files sexual assault lawsuit against Diddy
As previously reported, producer Rodney Jones filed a lawsuit against Diddy in February 2024, accusing him of sexual assault, harassment and working without pay.
In the 73-page lawsuit, Jones claims that from September 2022 to November 2023, he lived in Diddy’s homes in Los Angeles, New York and Florida while working on Puff’s The Love Album: Off the Grid 》.
Jones claimed that while working on the project, he witnessed Diddy, his employees and guests engage in “serious illegal activity.” Additionally, Jones claimed he was fondled and touched by Diddy multiple times and claimed the rap mogul asked him to pick up sex workers and bring them back to Diddy’s home.
Diddy denies the claims made by Rodney Jones in the lawsuit.
