Cardi B shared a message for those who were wondering if her remix of Flo Milli’s “Never Lose Me” made sense.

While taking a walk around Target on Thursday (March 21), Cardi decided to go live on Instagram and offer a little “I told you so” message to any of her critics.

“When the Flo Milli remix came out, those bitches acted like they were so pissed that I was in on it,” she said. “[Mocking voice] “Cardi doesn’t sound good on this either.” When it was released, you know the haters – some of them hadn’t even heard it. Their reaction was, “She just doesn’t go with the song.” There are now over 10,000 people on TikTok talking about, [singing] “Bitch, it can’t be me in this life!”

She continued: “As those pretty bitches say, [singing] “Bitch can’t be me in this life!” So I want to say thank you to those beautiful bitches. That’s why you can’t go with what people say. I have to do what the artist says.

“The artist—Flo Milli—said she loved the poem so much. She was a real bitch. She wouldn’t say, ‘Oh, yeah, I love it!’ “Just because she wanted me to be in the song. She loved it. SZA loved it, bitch. I’d say that’s why you can’t listen to your fucking body.”
