Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign have been named executive producers on Rich The Kid’s upcoming album Life’s A Gamble.

Rich made the announcement while celebrating a No. 1 hit with the pair on the Vultures cut “Carnival,” which also featured Playboi Carti.

“#1 on Billboard with my family @ye @tydollasign and @playboicarti,” he wrote with a screenshot of this week’s Billboard Hot 100 chart. “Thank you to all the fans and my family who always support love! #V2 & my [new] Album executive product. Author: Ye & Ty$ OTW”

The carousel also includes behind-the-scenes photos of Ty and Ye as well as other recent moments from his career.

Rich The Kid first announced Life’s A Gamble in January, with a release date of Spring 2024, although a specific release date has not yet been determined. According to reports, Kanye, Offset, Travis Barker and Rob49 were all special guests at the time.

This record will be Rich’s first album in four years. His last work “Boss Man” was released in March 2020. Lil Baby, DaBaby, Nicki Minaj, Post Malone, Lil Tjay, NBA YoungBoy, Quavo and more all made appearances, but the project failed to make a splash and quickly fell off the charts. It debuted at No. 24 on the Billboard 200 chart.

In addition to Richie’s above post, Kanye West also took a moment to celebrate the song’s No. 1 hit in the country and used it as an opportunity to slam various perceived enemies.

In a since-deleted Instagram post on Monday (March 11), West said: “Rich Ty Carti and all the supporters who support us, this Number #1 is for you. It’s for those who won’t be manipulated by the system.

“Fuck Adidas and everyone who was there or worked with them. Anyone who went to school with a parent who worked at Adidas. Just know that they were trying to destroy me and we had the number one song in the world.”

He continued: “Like that fake guy I saw working the goat in the lobby of the Ritz, your pussy doesn’t mean shit. Fuck everyone at the Daley Post [sic].

“Fuck everyone in the fashion houses that support Gabby and Hailey Bieber, fuck every one of you, fuck every so-called Christian or so-called friend or so-called family member who looks at me and tells me The child is out of my control.”

Kanye ended up taking a shot at longtime rival and sometimes friend Drake, who recently recruited West’s “Vulture” collaborator Lil Durk to join him on “It’s All a Blur — Big as the What?”. travel.

“That’s how I feel, it’s too bad that Drake took down Duke at the beginning of his Vulture role. [sic] If I think of more fucks, I’ll come back to you,” he concluded.
