After being admitted to Kai Cenat’s Streamer University, DDG applied to Soulja Boy’s Rapper University.
On Monday (July 6), Kai Cenat announced the admitted members of Streaming University’s 2026 class after ending a nearly year-long hiatus from streaming. The list includes more than 100 streamers, content creators and artists. Notably missing is DDG, who was a member of the first Streamer University faculty last year.
Being snubbed, the rapper applied to Soulja Boy’s Rapper University via livestream. He also appeared to share his disappointment on X, writing: “Stream tmmw, I finally drank my pain away.”
This was an ironic moment for DDG, who had previously mocked Soulja for starting a rapper university after not being accepted into Streamer University.
“I promise you, no one is going to do this, kid,” DDG said of Big Draco’s statement during a livestream last month. “Not alone. We don’t want to learn from you. You haven’t been popular since I was 10 years old, damn. What the hell are we trying to learn from you? … I haven’t been dancing to your music since I was 10 years old.”
It looks like Soulja Boy may be putting the brakes on his Rapov college campaign. On Wednesday (July 8), SB announced that he would postpone admission to RU until further notice due to the large number of applications received.
