The penalty comes after Tasha violated their standing bankruptcy non-disparagement deal by posting about Cardi’s love life online. The original defamation judgment against Tasha stands at over $4 million.
This marks the latest chapter in their years-long legal battle, with the court reinforcing that Tasha cannot discuss Cardi, Offset, or her family.
