Soulja Boy’s ongoing obsession with Kai Cenat’s Streamer University came to a dramatic climax after the rapper allegedly showed up uninvited to a live audition for the show in Atlanta. and was immediately turned away by security. Like, I know this must be awkward.
Soulja Boy publicly pressured Kai Cenat to enroll in Streamer University for his sophomore year. The content creator’s increasingly popular bootcamps are designed to help aspiring streamers and influencers develop their skills. But you have to behave. What started as a social media prank suddenly turned serious.
Soulja Boy issues a public ultimatum. After applications to Streamer University opened, he asked for a spot in the program, warning Kai that there would be a beef if they didn’t let him in.
But it didn’t start here.
Soulja Boy travels to Kai Cenat several times throughout the year. When Kai slowed down the stream, he attacked him. He also talked about his fashion and other ventures. At one point, Soulja said Kay was “cheating” supporters who subscribed to his content. Well… there’s more.
The rapper was angry because Kai was being cold to his nemesis DDG. He warned Kai not to ally with his rivals. Then there’s the wall of hate. Soulja Boy has previously mocked Kai’s famous “Wall of Hate,” a series of negative comments used as motivation. I heard Soulja Boy is on the Wall of Hate.
When Soulja Boy arrived at State Farm Arena in Atlanta on June 17, he was in for a surprise. I guess he thought he was going to audition for Streamer University. If he thought so, he was wrong.
Witnesses said Soulja Boy tried to enter the venue through the back door rather than wait.
Video footage allegedly captured Kai Cenat team members communicating over secure radios and made it clear that Soulja Boy was not on the approved guest list.
In footage circulating online, security personnel can reportedly be heard discussing instructions not to allow rappers into the event. Security allegedly stopped Soulja Boy from proceeding and escorted him from the scene.
Neither Kai Cenat nor Soulja Boy have released a statement. Of course, this is seen everywhere on social media. So, that’s it.
