Megan Thee Stallion is proving unstoppable as she recovers from hospitalization and performs to sold-out Broadway shows.
Megan Thee Stallion was hospitalized with a medical emergency earlier this week, and she proved a difference in her body by storming back onto the Al Hirschfeld Theater stage.
The Grammy Award-winning rapper not only stars in Moulin Rouge! Returning to her seminal Broadway role as Zidler in the musical, she also performed in a sold-out performance that reminded everyone why she is one of the most resilient artists in the game right now.
The scene turned horrific on Tuesday night when Meghan collapsed mid-performance and had to be rushed to a New York hospital for emergency treatment.
Doctors diagnosed her with extreme fatigue, dehydration, constricted blood vessels and low metabolism.

Her team confirmed that she was pushing too hard on herself and running on an empty stomach for too long.
She missed Wednesday’s show entirely and needed time to rest and recover from what her reps described as a serious medical evaluation.
But Meghan wasn’t about to let her body’s warning signs keep her depressed for long.
She posted on Instagram to tell her supporters what happened.
“I’ve been pushing my limits lately, running on an empty stomach, and my body finally said enough is enough,” she wrote. “Honestly, it scared me. I thought I was going to pass out on stage, and I was trying really hard to finish my performance, but I just couldn’t do it.” She promised fans that she would get stronger, and she delivered on that promise.
When Meghan took the stage on Thursday, the energy was electric. The show was a sell-out, with Queen Latifah and Tiffany Haddish on hand to support her triumphant return.
She performed her hit songs “Savage” and “Body” during the show, and had the house buzzing at every turn. This isn’t just a comeback show.
It’s a statement that Megan Thee Stallion won’t give up, no matter what her body throws at her.
The sold-out crowd on Thursday night wasn’t just there to see if she would show up. They came to witness the moment, and Meghan nailed it.
