Kim Kardashian denied under oath in Los Angeles Superior Court that she ever planned to release a 2007 sex tape with Ray J. Kardashian.
Kim Kardashian and her mother Kris Jenner filed a statement in court denying any involvement in the release of the 2007 sex tape “Kim Kardashian”, the Daily Mail reported on Thursday (March 12). Kardashian”, “Kimstar”, “Kimstar” is the video of the superstar Kardashian Kim star Kardashian and her then-boyfriend Ray J.
“[Ray J’s] “It is a lie to claim that I, my mother, and others planned to release a sex tape, deceive the public, and file a ‘bogus’ lawsuit against the porn company that released the tape to ‘create a sensation,'” King reportedly wrote in the filing on Tuesday (March 10). “We did not engage in a racketeering operation, nor did we engage in an extortion operation, as the defendants claim.” “
Chris has also vehemently denied any involvement in the tape’s release.
“Ray J’s hint is [I] She reportedly orchestrated sex tape…its release ‘definitely fake’. ” she reportedly wrote. “In no way, shape or form would I be involved in the peddling of a video of my daughter like this in any world.”
Their latest court filing relates to Kim and Kris’ original defamation lawsuit last October, in which Ray J accused them of conspiring with Vivid producers to release Kim’s sex tape for commercial gain. Ray J countersued, claiming their defamation suit breached a confidentiality agreement related to the tape.
Ray J responded to Kim Jenner and Kris Jenner’s court statements on Thursday, accusing them of lying under oath.
“[Kim and Kris] he reportedly told TMZ, adding: “It was all a complete lie.”[it’s] The worst thing you can do. “
Meanwhile, Ray J’s mother Sonja Norwood shared a message on her Instagram page aimed at Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner. In her lengthy letter, seen below, the veteran entertainment manager also accused them of lying to the court.
“After reading Kris Jenner and Kim Kardashian’s statements, and reading their statements that have been circulating recently, including the reports published by multiple media outlets about the tape, I will no longer stand by and watch my son ‘dangle’ on this on social media while @rayj and I, Kris and Kim, and so many others learn the truth,” she wrote.
“Chris, Mom, you said you didn’t plan the commercial release of this tape. So who did?” she asked.
“I support @rayj and his journey to expose the truth. I have witnessed this journey over the years and no matter how long it takes, whether it is a long journey or an uphill battle, we will stay on this path until the voices that distort the truth are publicly exposed,” she continued.
“If the journey of truth must continue to the door of God’s judgment, so be it,” she concluded.
Before all the legal drama began, Ray J claimed in a 2022 interview on Comedy Central’s “Charlamagne Tower’s One Hellful Week” that the sex tape was still making money. However, he could not provide exact revenue from the tape.
