Edward Cascio, Dominic Cascio, Mary Porter and Aldo Cascio claim the late pop star abused them for more than a decade, starting when they were children.
The Cascio siblings accuse Jackson of “drugging, raping and sexually assaulting some of the accusers, some of whom were as young as seven to eight years old,” according to TMZ.
Court documents show Jackson allegedly broke into their lives with gifts and celebrity contacts, then isolated each child from their family.
Edward Cascio specifically alleges abuse happened at Elizabeth Taylor’s Switzerland house and Elton John’s United Kingdom home. The plaintiffs allege that Jackson normalized the abuse by showing them “pornography and pictures of naked children,” which he described as “sweet.”
Marty Singer, an attorney for Jackson’s estate, previously claimed the Casios were trying to extort money when they tried to cancel the settlement last month.
