Blueface seems unfazed by reports that his music royalties are being withheld to pay off a $131,000 lawsuit judgment owed to the mother of Soulja Boy’s child.
Over the weekend, it was reported that Blueface owes Jackilyn Martinez, the mother of SB’s child, $123,000 in a defamation lawsuit, which has grown to $131,655 due to accrued interest. The Los Angeles rapper responded to the news during a live stream on Twitch on Sunday (December 28).
“Give me the sub and I have to pay Soulja Boy child support,” Blue said in the chat. “Because he’s broke. So his baby mama needs some money. I’m gonna buy the baby a new pair of shoes because Soulja obviously didn’t get that. Let’s split it so we can give her that little $100,000. Whatever she wants. Pu**y not great, but fuck it. Soulja needs it. She needs it…$130,000 and we’ll get it next week. Because Soulja doesn’t have it.”
Martinez initially sued Blueface for $10 million in December 2023 after the rapper claimed during an online feud with Soulja Boy that he had sex with Martinez the day before her baby shower with Soulja.
“What happened to your BM sucking my dick?” Lan Lian asked back and forth. “Ni**a, I fucked your baby mama the day before your baby shower,” he added.
In April, Blue was awarded a default judgment of $123,243.10 after she failed to respond to the lawsuit.
