Rick Ross announced he has begun construction on a second “Promise Land” estate, this one located just outside Atlanta. The project reportedly includes a private studio compound, car museum expansion, and luxury quarters for industry guests. Rozay says this new location will be “twice as iconic” as his original mansion in Georgia.
