Stefon Diggs faces disturbing allegations involving sexual misconduct and assault after social media personality Christopher Blake Griffith filed a countersuit in Washington, D.C.
Black claims the NFL star exposed himself and masturbated during a night out, leading to what he described as a traumatic experience.
The legal document filed by Griffith on Friday directly challenges Diggs’ October defamation lawsuit and details a series of events that allegedly occurred on May 22, 2023.
The influencer claimed that Diggs repeatedly offered him “candy” during visits to various clubs, which he believed may have contained an unknown substance that left him disoriented and impaired.
The most serious charges stem from what Griffith said happened after they left the Washington lounge and rode in Diggs’ Porsche to his home in Maryland.
According to the counterclaim, Diggs “exposed his penis to Mr. Griffith” and began masturbating. Griffith said he told the athlete to “put his penis away” before getting out of the car.
Diggs then followed Griffith, tried to kiss him, put his tongue in his ear and whispered an invitation to his bedroom, documents state. Griffith said he locked himself in the bathroom for 45 minutes and was confronted when he came out.
He claims the two women and Diggs’ brother, Darrez Diggs, threatened him, accused him of stealing, stripped him naked and physically assaulted him.
A week later, Griffith claimed he was attacked outside his Los Angeles apartment and again named Darez as one of those involved.
The legal battle comes as Diggs’ personal life also makes headlines.
The 31-year-old wide receiver recently welcomed a child with rapper Cardi B on November 4, and a paternity test confirmed that he is the father of Instagram model Aileen Lopera’s daughter, who was born earlier in 2025.
Griffith is seeking unspecified damages in a countersuit that paints a dramatically different picture than the narrative in Diggs’ original defamation complaint.
Stefon Diggs filed a defamation lawsuit on October 1, claiming that internet celebrity Christopher Blake Griffith fabricated stories that the NFL star drugged and sexually assaulted him and then orchestrated the violence to keep him quiet.
Diggs said the posts damaged his reputation and income, and now Griffith has filed a countersuit of his own as the legal drama unfolds.
