Legendary hip-hop group De La Soul have officially revealed their new album Cabin in the Sky, set for release on November 21 2025 via Mass Appeal.
This marks their first full album since 2016’s And the Anonymous Nobody…. Importantly, it’s their first major project following the 2023 passing of founding member David Jude Jolicoeur (Trugoy the Dove).
The lead single “The Package” is produced by Pete Rock and features Trugoy’s voice posthumously, alongside guest appearances from Nas, Killer Mike, Black Thought, and more.
Posdnuos states the album “lives in that space between loss and light … it’s therapy and celebration at the same time.”
