A$AP Rocky calls himself a “loving husband” and opens up about fatherhood and family life in a new interview, sparking more marriage rumors to Rihanna.
In a feature in Perfect magazine, the Harlem-born rapper reflects on his family life with Rihanna and their three children. When asked what brings him the greatest joy, Loki doesn’t hesitate.
“Being a father in my family, a partner and a loving husband makes me truly blessed,” he said.
He added, “Honestly, that’s what keeps me going: being able to express myself creatively, being able to be a family man, being able to be a craftsman.”
The 37-year-old artist has sons RZA, 3, and Riot, 2, with Rihanna, and the couple welcomed daughter Rocki Irish in September.
Rocky has been fueling speculation about the status of their marriage for more than a year. During a performance at the 2023 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, he shouted out his “beautiful wife” from the stage.
He further explored the mystery in an interview with Elle magazine last month, saying: “How do you know I’m not a husband yet?” before adding: “I still won’t confirm.”
The hip-hop star has always emphasized how important his family is to him. In an interview with GQ in September, he made it clear that Rihanna and his children were his top priority.
“I’ve given these little kids nothing but love. As you can see, the thing that takes up most of my heart is my family,” he said.
The couple has yet to publicly confirm a wedding date or legal status, but Rocky’s repeated references to Rihanna as his wife have only fueled speculation.
Their daughter Rocki Irish was born in September 2023.
