Rapper and singer Mac Miller may be gone but not forgotten, his influence is still felt and his voice is being heard again. how? Well, the 10th anniversary edition of his hit album GO:OD AM is out now, and the project also features three songs.
Titled “Royal Flush,” “Cable Box” and “Carpe Diem,” the songs expand the album’s listening experience without feeling out of place. If anything, all three are evocative works of art that the late artist would certainly have been proud of.
The new material adds a touch of nostalgia to the rapper’s third studio album, which he has spoken about may soon implode. Unfortunately, Mac died young at the age of 26, having started working on the album when he was only 23 (as one Reddit user pointed out) – yet the songs continue to come out. This proves what a treasure trove Mac Miller really is.
The project is now available online and can be listened to below!
