If you’re “lucky” enough, “The Conjuring: Last Rites” may take you right into the agony of the film. The Texas man allegedly had to leave the theater just minutes into the movie after learning some unbelievable news about his car.
The Conjuring: Last Rites follows two paranormal investigators, Lorraine and Ed Warren, as they investigate a demonic infestation at a haunted house in Pennsylvania. The film is the final installment in Warren’s saga of paranormal investigative journeys.
Unfortunately, the movie “Ghost Power” seems to have attracted some viewers, at least that’s what people think.
“The Conjuring” and Dodge Fire
“Took my daughter to see The Conjuring tonight,” @itsjustsolo said. “Twenty minutes later, apparently my car was on fire.”
Video showed a car in the parking lot with its facade melted and burned. The car’s hood is almost completely gone and its internal parts have disintegrated. Unfortunately, the rear of the car was also damaged by the fire raft and almost completely melted.
Despite the tragic death of their car, @itsjustsolo said the portion of the movie they said was “10/0” but if you’re going to see the movie, “just make sure you have insurance.” The video has been viewed over 5,500,000 times and liked over 772,000 times.
“The Conjuring” and Paranormal Events
@itsjustsolo actually isn’t alone when it comes to such supernatural happenings in the series. Vera Farmiga, the actress who plays Lorraine, documented the strange things that happened to her on each set. In an interview with E News, she said she always gets weird bruises while filming. At one point, her bruises even appeared in the shape of a cross.
“This happens every time we do this. These inexplicable bruise shapes appear on my body and that’s it, that’s it,” Farmiga explained.
Some people make sure car burns and bruises don’t happen after the movie by taking certain precautions. For example, this theater in Texas had a bishop protect moviegoers with holy water before a movie.
Audience reaction to “The Conjuring” story
People in the comments of @itsjustsolo’s video are glad it wasn’t their car that was allegedly burned by an evil spirit.
“God protect me from this negative energy,” said one comment with more than 20,000 likes.
Another viewer joked: “Someone is doing this to promote The Conjuring movie.”
While @itsjustsolo posted additional videos that further showed the damage to the vehicle, they did not share any additional information about what led to the car’s fire.
