Havoc has officially written a new Mobb Deep album that includes unreleased vocals from late prodigy and longtime collaborator The Alchemist.
“We’re on the way to have a new Mobb Deep album,” Havoc revealed, which includes “official” scriptures from himself and the prodigy. “This ### is official. It’s done. S ### is mixed, mastered, ready to go.”
Titled Infinite, the album marks the first full-length release of the duo since its duo and the first release of Prodigy since his death in 2017.
This is part of the legendary figure of Mass Apply… series, curated by NAS, celebrates hip-hop icons with unreleased and archival material.
Havoc reveals how the project came together, thanks to the Alchemist helping to bring it to life.
“When we first started making the album, I flew to Los Angeles. I started with the Alchemist F ####### because Alchemist probably had a lot of prodigy poems.” “There were some S ####. So it was right for me to work with him because, you know, Al’s family, so that’s what we did.”

The Alchemist and the Destroyed the entire album, which he teased the project earlier this year.
“They did a lot of work, it was crazy,” he said of Mobb Deep. “You can strip the back layer in Prodigy’s Rhymes. He’s ahead of the times.”
The Alchemist continued: “P’s legendary life. He performed more here than the average person did, and even left a lot of things, so we were lucky enough to be in a new Mobb Deep Project.”

The creative partnership between Alchemists and Havoc dates back to the late 1990s, including their work in the solo catalogs of Murda Muzik and Prodigy. Infinite will be the first official Mobb Deep Warmine in a decade.
