Diddy is not fun with people who drag names on the dirt – he now shot $100 million in Courtney Burgess, her lawyer Ariel Mitchell and the news agency’s gun.
Diddy claims they helped cook a media circus full of lies, which caused his representatives to undermine his representatives and messed up his shots in a fair trial.
The lawsuit was significantly upgraded on August 11, 2025.
Diddy originally offered them in January, asking for $50 million, but now he doubled his request, saying the damage to his name and business was worse than anyone thought.
According to the documentation, Diddy said Burgess and Mitchell had no receipts, accusing him of assault and saying he was guilty of the video – he said it was pure novel.
He blamed the news on giving them a microphone and turned it into a viral feeding madness.
His legal team stood out in the filings, saying: “In this pitiful wonder, all the pretendings of objectivity are abandoned, as global audiences enjoy a fanatical buffet amid wild lies and conspiracy theories. Mitchell and Burgess are one of the worst perpetrators of this offensive landscape.”
The lawsuit claims the whole thing is “dishonest”, all with influence, money or both.
His lawyers believe the goal is to “damage Mr. Coms’ reputation, destroy his business, and portray him as debauchery and pedophile to poison the public’s view of him and deprive him of a fair trial.”
Diddy has been locked up at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn since her denied on August 4, 2025.
This comes after two counts of criminal charges against him in July, which was after a heavy blow trial that he defeated serious RICO charges.
The verdict is scheduled for October 3. The legal war is still heating up, but Didi’s message is loud and clear – he didn’t let the slide without fighting.
