Joey Bada $$ hasn’t rested in his recent battle season. The New York host took over many rappers from the West Coast – from Ray Vaughn and the Daily News to rationality and, in some sense, even AB-Soul. Now, he is back on a complete project.
That’s right; Joey will release his upcoming album on August 1. The project is titled “Lonely,” which seems to be a celebration of one of the best battles in the mainstream for a long time. Kendrick Lamar is certainly the only one who has a better fight – but it’s not that Commander Joey Bada $$ is afraid of because he made it clear (albeit in the spirit of healthy competition).
All that remains is to look at Joey’s sleeves. Fans will obviously wait for a project that has the potential to surpass its masterpiece 1999 project, but? Or is it all the battle?
