CJ Wallace, the son of the infamous Big, was charged in a disturbing lawsuit alleging Diddy committed sexual assault, with plaintiffs claiming Wallace had attacked at the Revolt TV location in 2020.
A civil complaint filed by a man identified as John Doe claims Wallace was accomplice in the alleged incident in which Diddy tried to exert oral sex on him while others restricted his head. According to the document, Didi yelled and Doe’s bad boy career was over in the alleged attack, which Doe said was revenge on previous events that irritated music tycoons.
The lawsuit was filed in July 2025, saying Wallace and several unnamed people lured the doe to the uprising television facility with false excuses. Upon arriving there, Doe claimed he was attacked and later driven by Wallace and others.
Doe believes someone filmed the so-called attack on Revolt TV and suggested that the images still exist.

The complaint also details a separate incident that allegedly occurred in a Los Angeles warehouse stored in a Los Angeles warehouse a few days before September 2020.
DOE claims Diddy distributes ketamine and other substances at the party, causing hallucinations.
During that encounter, the lawsuit accused Didi of masturbating on a notorious big shirt and threw it at the Department of Energy, hitting him with cum while laughing, “Rip Biggie.”
The lawsuit depicts what DOE describes as Diddy’s long-term sexual misconduct pattern involving coercion, drug use and humiliation.
Diddy’s legal team said: “Mr. Combs’ trial and acquittal of trafficking and RICO costs prove what we have been saying: Mr. Combs has never been sexually assaulting or trafficking anyone. People continue to play and file false allegations – Incredible, unfortunately, Mr. Combs will no longer need to come back.
