Drake gave up on his new single “What do I miss?” at midnight on July 5, there was a mysterious live stream and subconscious shooting against rivals and former allies.
The Toronto rapper premiered the song in a live broadcast titled “Iceman: Episode 1,” where he paraded the city in a brand truck, making fun of many who thought it was the name of his next album.
The visual presentation features a Drake scene inside the refrigerator, surrounded by flashing lights and icy props, which adds to the mystery of the launch.
The lyrics of “What am I missing?” are centered on betrayal, the transfer of loyalty and the open hatred of Kendrick Lamar.
One particularly caught the attention: “I saw brothers pop with them, but have been the D*Ckriding gang since the “headlines.”
This reference appears to be LeBron James, who held a 2024 Juneth 160 pop concert in Los Angeles.
The single was ridiculed hours before its release, with a mysterious Instagram post that read “Be Be Bey at 9” which drove social media into a madness.
The post is combined with speculation from the live stream, thinking that Iceman is the title of Drake’s upcoming project. Drake’s supporters on platforms like X and Tiktok defended the track, calling it a form.
K-point fans are just angry about exposure. Drake has been and will continue to be Drake.

Meanwhile, Kendrick Lamar’s base has been vocalizing amid their opposition, calling the song “lazy” and “uninspired” in the reddit theme and comment section.
Drake is very talented
But I’m a Kendrick fan— Abdul (@ABDUL_GADGETS) July 5, 2025
Kendrick built legacy and influence. Drake builds his consistency and control. Both are elites, just different definitions of goats.
