Chris Brown was arrested on Thursday (May 15) for being arrested in Manchester, England.
Chris Brown is remanded to jail
On Friday (May 16), Breezy appeared before a British judge and faced charges of serious bodily injury associated with the alleged attack on music producers in 2023. The singer was taken to jail until the next court date, until June 13, when XXL was confirmed through the Metropolitan Police Department.
Brown was arrested at the Lowrey Hotel after arriving in the city on Wednesday afternoon (May 14). He allegedly attacked music producer Abe Diaw in February 2023 for causing serious physical harm.
According to British news media, Dia claimed that Brown attacked him without provocation. Dia told authorities that Brown hit him in the head with a bottle and then punched him when he fell. The producers reportedly filed a $16 million lawsuit against Brown over the incident. However, Brown skated criminal charges until he appeared in the country.

Chris Brown toured?
The update means delaying Brown’s Breezy Bowl XX world tour may be inevitable. Virginia Crooner will tour in Amsterdam on June 8 and have several European shows throughout June and July.
