Didi’s legal team reportedly plans to improve the psychological competence of the embattled music tycoon during his sex trafficking trial.
Diddy’s mental ability in suspected crime
Sean “Diddy” Combs’ sex trafficking trial will begin next month. TMZ reported on Monday (April 28) that the lawyer of the founder of Bad Boys Entertainment had a doctor who testified Didi’s “psychological condition related to guilt.” Although the “mental status” is unclear, prosecutors believe that the defense must ask the defense to make appropriate notice before providing “evidence on the effects of drugs and alcohol on the defendant’s memory or cognitive function.” They believe that the doctor’s failure to examine Didi can only prove the general assumptions made by his experience with others.
It seems that Didi’s defense would argue that when suspected of committing a drunken crime, Pav was not his correct thought in his correct thought.
XXL has contacted Diddy’s team.

Didi’s sex crime trial is imminent
Diddy faces a conspiracy of extortion, two counts of sex trafficking and two counts of trafficking in prostitution. The government accused him of holding a drug-powered sex marathon and forcing people to participate through force, violence, fear and coercion. Diddy’s ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura will be the reward witness for the prosecution. Diddy’s defense is against Diddy’s attack on the video that Cassie showed to the jury in 2016. However, the judge recently ruled that this was allowed.
Last week, it was revealed that Didi rejected a plea agreement in the case. Jury selection for the DIDDY trial is scheduled to begin on May 5. It is expected to start on May 12.
