Wiz Khalifa announced on Joe Budden’s podcast that he didn’t believe the earth was round, and just days after putting down his new album Kush + Orange Juice 2, he found himself at the center of a social media barbecue, ironic about the globe on the cover.
“I would say no,” Khalifa said when asked if he thought the earth was round. “I just believe we live on flat planes like huge flat planes.”
Pittsburgh rappers tied his beliefs to his frequent travels, claiming that his experiences in the air shape his perspective.
“It’s just because I’ve traveled a lot,” he explained. “When I travel, the route we take and the route we do, it’s impossible to go up and down. You just go straight.”
Khalifa also proposed an undiscovered land, referring to the ancient super-large Pangia.
“I think the masses are not just what we see,” he claimed. “Because it was something that was before, and it was spread.”
He didn’t stop there. The rapper completely dismissed the space mission, saying, “I don’t believe in space exploration at all. I don’t think they explore space as they say.”
Literally, this is probably the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard of in my life. Podcasting is a mistake. pic.twitter.com/jv9sd7saj6

The conversation takes place in a light-hearted clip of the podcast, with the co-host having fun with his point of view.
But the Internet did not block it. “This is actually probably the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard of in my life. Podcasting is a mistake.” Another messed up saying, “I looked at this.” The third joked, “When will the tariffs on podcast devices be applied?”
Ironically, Wiz Khalifa’s latest album, Kush + Orange Juice 2, was released on April 18, 2025, with a rounded earth on its cover.
The album is here. Thank you for serving me and guiding me in the direction I need to make this amazing project. enjoy. and Taylor Gang World. https://t.co/ithzzikjsk

“It’s 4/20. So I need all of you to be the best and get rid of the rest,” Wiz Khalifa said in a message to the audience. “Invite some companions and family girls to come over and have a Kush and Orange Juice 2 party while they are in the competition and are as tall as Weiz Khalifa.”
