Kanye West has provided support behind the changes.
Hip-Hop Mogul, now once Ye, repeatedly claimed that Kardashian kept their children – North, 11, Saint, 9, 9, Chicago, 7, Psalm, 5.
Chicago and the Psalms were born through alternatives because Kardashian had complications in early pregnancy. He said he hadn’t seen a saint for more than a year.
The petition, initiated by supporters of the rapper, calls for what it describes as “immediate change.”
What makes my kids so hard is that most lawyers are Jewish

“Ye (FKA Kanye West) is restricted from being able to see and raise his children,” the petition states. “As the father of his children, he has the inherent right to see and be a child’s upbringing.”
West, 47, has made a series of controversial public remarks in recent weeks, including an April 22 tweet that he claimed a Jewish lawyer once told him that he would not allow him to see his children if he continues to make anti-Semitism comments. “He is right now,” West wrote. “God is by my side.”
The Grammy winner also criticized his latest song, “Cousins,” which he released yesterday, where he had oral sex on his cousin until he was 14, a recognition that sparked widespread opposition and attracted further attention to his own mental state.
Kardashian, 44, has put primary custody on the children after her divorce in 2022, reportedly restricting West’s access to West as it was said with her source and described it as unstable behavior and disturbing social media posts.
The shared struggle between the former couple has been openly played, and West often aired online dissatisfied.
“Their protection is limited when the father is not at home.” “By default, he, as a father, has the right to say what happened to his child in his life, nothing.
West also had questions about the way his children were raised, especially criticizing North’s appearance at Coachella, wearing makeup and perfume. He said his concerns were often dismissed and the petition reverberated.
While the Change.org petition can raise awareness and attract media attention, they do not have any legal weight in custody disputes.
The family court’s ruling is based on legal applications, court assessments and the best interests of the child, not public opinion.
